What services do you offer ?

What are your service charges ?

Depends on the client’s request, as a special price is applicable for long term contracts. You can call us on 04-7047249/259, 0504569200 for more details on service prices.

What are the modes of payments ?

We accept cash, cheque and credit cards.

What are the minimum hours of service I can request the maid for ?

We provide our maid services for a minimum of 3 hours.

What are the duty timings ?

Morning shift 8-12pm and afternoon shift 2-6pm, however timings can be flexible as per your request.

Are your maids legally permitted to work ?

Yes, all our maids are legally permitted to work

Do you have experienced maids ?

Yes, our maids are well trained and they can ensure customer satisfaction.

Do I have to make any advance payment ?

For a one month contract 50% at the beginning of the service and 50% at the end of the contract.

Do I have to make any advance deposit ?

For a long term contract above 1 month you have to provide 50% deposit before the start of the service which is refundable upon completion of the contract or can be adjusted against any pending payment.

Will the maid be sponsored by your company ?

Yes, the maid will be sponsored by the company.

What are the working hours of the maid ?

10 hours a day is the normal working hours and anything above 10 hours the maid will be liable for overtime.

Is there a day off for the maids ?

Yes, the maid will work for 6 days a week with one day off.

What if the maid is absconding at any point of time ?

In case the maid is absconding from work, the customer has to report it within 24 hours, so that we can report the case to government authorities; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the penalties in lieu of such case.

What is the mode of payment ?

All payments are through cheques payable in the name of ‘Pact Employment Services’ or by credit card.

What do you mean by cleaner’s visa sponsorship ?

We provide 2 years visa at a cost effective price.

What is the time frame required to complete the entire process ?

It takes approximately 3 weeks – 1 month from the date of signing the contract.

Are there any restrictions over the nationality of the cleaners ?

Who determines the cleaner’s salary ?

Generally the salary is determined by the client, however if the salary does not meet the labor criteria then we will suggest the client to change it as per the labor 7 consulate requirements.

What is the leave structure ?

As per UAE Labour Law, on completion of 1 year an employee should be granted 30 days paid leave.

Who bears the ticket cost for arrival and repatriation ?

The ticket cost for arrival and for repatriation is borne by you.

Who holds the passport and how secure is it ?

The Maid Company will hold passport of cleaners, and it will be kept under fireproof secured cabinet. However, if you wish to hold cleaner’s passport then it will be customer’s responsibility to keep it secure and an undertaking letter will have to be given to us.

What should I do if my cleaner is absconding, or is involved in any theft or misconduct ?

In such a scenario, you have to inform us within 24 hours, so that we can help you with the course of action.

Can I renew the visa for my same maid ?

If ever you wish to renew visa of your same cleaner’s we request you to inform us 2 months in prior so that we can start the renewal process.

What if I wish to cancel my cleaner’s visa before 2 years ? Will the amount be refunded ?

Unfortunately, visa cost is non-refundable as it is a onetime cost for 2 years
